67. As markets, as workers, we wonder why you're not listening. You seem to be speaking a different language.
When's the last time you attended a corporate meeting that didn't sound like it was a transmission from a different planet? Unfortunately for most of us, the answer is "never."
What is the fear that keeps us from simply acknowledging that which we all know: we must stop speaking to one another like this if we're going to accomplish the kinds of things we need to accomplish to be successful?
