Comfortably ensconsed in an Oxford Hotel, I'm ready for the torrent of ideas, images and conversations that have always made the TED Conference a great experience. First up, proto-memeticist Richard Dawkins, whose empassioned atheistic presentation two years ago was powerful, moving and met with strongly mixed feelings. Looking forward to him, of course. Next Alison Jackson, with whose work I am unfamiliar, and then Freakonomist, Steven Levitt.
Write ups when possible, given the need to visit Starbuck's for 'net access (or in the McDonald's across the street before it opens!)
