Driving Change? - Part 1

Podcast_3

My friend Johnnie Moore and I recorded a podcast last week. The subject: change. Sooner or later, leaders in organizations of all stripes come up against the question of how to get people focused on doing things differently.

When Johnnie and I had lunch in New York about a month ago, “driving change”—one of the prevailing organizational metaphors—was on the menu. Johnnie and I both believe it's a flawed way of thinking about people and organizations.

Listen to Part 1 and let us know what you think.

Here's the Dave Snowden piece that Johnnie refers to in the podcast.
