Have you seen Joox yet? Oh, boy. I just found out about it yesterday, via a Twitter tweet.
Simply put, Joox is like Napster for movies.
The FAQs say that Joox is a site "made for bookmarking" video from some outfit called Stage6.
What's Stage6? FAQ says:
Stage6 is a video sharing webpage, much like youtube.com but in high resolution DivX video format. This also means that they (stage6) actively search for, and delete, copyrighted content. Thats [sic] why stuff here might be removed.
Really? Removed? Well, this is going to be interesting.
Oh yeah, if you're interested in watching The Great Debaters (currently playing in a theatre near you!) on Joox, you can find it here. You'll need to download a little Firefox DivX plug-in to watch Joox content, which takes all of 30 seconds.
More problems for Hollywood.
By referring readers to this site, I don't believe I'm encouraging anyone to engage in any illegal activities, am I? Is it illegal for me to watch this movie online? I'm not downloading it; I'm streaming it.
Imagine what's coming...

hi can u please tell any site like stage6 and joox.com..
so that i can view the videos in divx quality

Streaming is downloading.
Having the knowledge and ability to copy said download(byte stream) for later use/distribution is what makes streaming pirated content illegal.
But you can not perform oversight effectively without having spyware on each system to sense it. So for now they are attacking the distributors.
God help us all if the government starts regulating the flow of information in terms of copyright both upstream and downstream.
(Note: Download history can already be obtained via the patriot act in the USA if they force your ISP to log a subscriber's IP asignments and connections, so play it smart. A similar process was used to trace back persons using p2p programs who were consciously/unconsciously uploading copyrighted content and they were slapped for tons of cash. Not sure they can easily detect a downloader yet.)
