More thoughts on the challenges facing modern-day corporations. In an age when openness, transparency and engagement are adding exponential value, too many organizations continue to play by an antiquated ruleset. The key is the courage to let go of old style control.

I think adapting a corporation to non-dominant 21st century control is like using a screwdriver as a doorstop. It can be done but it will always be an ugly and far from ideal adaptation.

Thanks, Mike. I think the need to adapt will become crucial in the next five years. Difficult as it may be, companies that don't are in for a very bumpy ride!
